Are you insured and police checked?

Yes, absolutely. Trust is our priority. Cloud 9 Cleaning Pty Ltd is fully insured, and every member of our team has undergone a strict police check and background vetting process.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade machinery and premium cleaning products. However, if you have specific products you prefer us to use due to allergies or surface requirements, simply let us know.
What are your operating hours?

We operate from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. We understand that businesses may require cleaning outside of standard trading hours; please contact us to discuss flexible scheduling for commercial contracts.
Do I need to be home during the clean?

That is entirely up to you. Many clients provide us with a key or access code so they can return to a freshly cleaned space. If you are not home, we ensure your property is securely locked upon departure.
What areas do you service?

We love pets! Please let us know if you have dogs or cats so we can be mindful of them when entering and exiting your property. If your pet is anxious around strangers or vacuums, we recommend securing them in a comfortable area during the service.
